What’s to do.
As an Inbound Marketing Project Manager, ideally with a focus on HubSpot, you will be primarily responsible for implementing digital campaigns and projects for our clients. You will contribute your perspective as early as the concept and layout phase, help develop processes, and lay the foundation for efficient implementation.
During implementation, you will manage internal teams and external partners, keep an eye on quality, timing, and budget, and ensure that every project goal is achieved precisely.
- Development of strategic online marketing and inbound concepts
- Advising our customers on the selection, configuration, and implementation of marketing automation solutions
- Design of holistic inbound and content strategies, including buyer personas, lead and campaign management
- Definition, modeling, and optimization of marketing automation processes for lead generation and nurturing in marketing and sales
- Overall technical and organizational responsibility for your projects
- Planning and conducting customer workshops to optimize marketing and sales processes
- Conducting demos, onboarding sessions, and training courses
- Management of technical implementation and support for the implementation of inbound and automation tools
- Preparation of cost estimates and service descriptions for quotations
What you bring with you.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in an agency or in marketing on the client side
- In-depth expertise in advertising, online marketing, and social media
- Experience in managing cross-media and digital campaigns
- Very good German and good subject-related English skills
- Confident use of content management systems and marketing automation tools, ideally HubSpot
- Desirable: Certification in HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or comparable systems
- Strong communication skills in collaboration with technology, creative, consulting, and external partners
- Analytical thinking, structured approach to work, and clear prioritization
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for digital trends, technologies, and data-driven marketing
