Maybe we should listen to our children from time to time. They are real digital natives and usually one step ahead in the age of smart technologies. With this approach for a TV campaign, WACHTER PARTS convinced. EAT.ch its customers when it came to bringing the new app from Switzerland’s leading online food ordering platform to the country’s smartphones.
At the heart of the campaign was the nationwide TV spot "Kinderleicht", in which a daughter tutors her father in smart food ordering. With massive media pressure on TV and social media, the spot made the two of them a sympathetic role model overnight for young, modern families who keep up with the times. With the young target group, the additional TV sponsorship of "The Bachelor" (Pro7) hit the bull's eye. Online orders increased by 34.2 percent during the current campaign.
For EAT.ch, we developed an out-of-home campaign in several stages. The focus was on increasing awareness and a clear perception in the relevant target group. Through the step-by-step implementation in a wide variety of forms of advertising, a high level of advertising pressure was achieved on a national level.
