WACHTER PARTS defines the positioning of the Geramöbel brand in an expressive claim, based on a mystery shopping tour, market analyses, direct discussions with retailers and intensive brand workshops. In the preparation phase for the relaunch, WACHTER PARTS analyzed the current market situation and carried out several mystery shopping trips to partner retailers. Based on these results, WACHTER PARTS developed a holistic concept that defines the future positioning, integrates closer cooperation with partners and reunites the two product brands “gera highspeedoffice” and “office-class” under the well-known umbrella brand Geramöbel. To this day, the agency provides comprehensive support to Geramöbel.
To ensure a stringent and uniform overall image, WACHTER PARTNER developed comprehensive corporate design guidelines that ensure the recognition value of the brand and lead it into the future. A newly created figurative mark, which complements the word mark, is derived from the letter "G" and is associated with a racing driver's helmet due to its shape. This association supports the defined unique selling proposition: service quality and speed of delivery.

At the same time, WACHTER PARTNER is also implementing the new website for Geramöbel as part of the new brand identity. In line with the defined guiding principle of "Office successfully set up", the website is both an information portal for customers and partner dealers and a company website. With an integrated video chat tool, both customers and retailers can ask questions about products, decors or designs easily, quickly and easily and have them shown directly in the exhibition.
The new appearance also speaks to people on the facade of the building. With a new striking positioning of the logo as well as the stronger integration of the corporate colour, Geramöbel is already clearly recognisable from the adjacent main road.
